TIGI: Driving Innovation in Supply Chain Integration
TIGI's vibrant products can be found in major retailers like Ulta, Sally Beauty, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer, Fry’s, and Publix, among others. With such a vast network of retailers and distributors, TIGI needed a reliable and cost-effective solution to efficiently manage their EDI transactions and seamlessly handle their complex supply chain, which involved numerous trading partners across various platforms. Their previous VAN provider charged excessive fees and lacked the flexibility and transparency they required. As Bed Head and similar products exploded, TIGI had to add more trading partners to its EDI workflow. They were shocked to find the increase of fees per partner, and other onboarding charges they weren’t expecting. TIGI also wanted to improve integration with their internal systems while maintaining fast and secure data exchange with trading partners.
